And can it be used in black ops save editor red eye?

You can use these for anything really. You can use them for USB mods or rtm if u want.

no you cannot use stuff like that in a game save only by modding the self either before you load it up or by rte

can i ask why this dvar has only just been posted and why it hasnt already been put into saves n shit :S n fair enough about the stating thing unless i know for a fact it just seems a bit silly to think that with a save you can edit the mp health xD

You can edit the mp health with a game save it's just cheat protected... I found a way to disable it
