The only thing that I can tell you that multiplayer does not have alot of mods for it let alone zombies or the game it self. There are only about 7 mod menues made by 7 different users and i happen to know a couple of them on TTG. PM if you want their names. If not then the best advice is to find or create a mod menu yourself
