Was just wondering if there were any RTM tools that allow to use a second perk for the third perk?
Example:
- Lightweight
- Sleight of Hand
- Steady aim
The Steady aim is a second perk but can be used as 3rd perk

If there are any tools out there please respond !

None that I know of dude. This game is glitchy enough as it is though. You probably won't be able to find one.. Js.

i have a tool to get steady aim as third perk but its dex only..

The new Reyz tool seems to be quite popular, you should give that a go.
