U loose all skills ect. And u get the ba tokens generated from ur ba rank...

If u have too much ammo (ca. 1500000000) u loose all ur ammo (too high for the ps4)

@AlphaStorm100 Thanks for the information. It was annoying enough hauling out the PS3, hooking it up, loading the disk, etc, etc. for a save, when you could have just pulled it down from the PSN, but now you can't use your profile?
