Have you tried restarting your system and seeing what happens?

It's been like that for a few day's now to stop the risk of been banned I've had one of my friends duplicate his account over mine which is a couple of levels lower than mine. I had all the titles unlocked even the season pass one and the collectors edition one which I found kind of weird

thats weird never seen that before only on hacked accounts

I've only even seen it on CoDs that have challenge lobby's and as far as I know it's not possible to mod stats on black ops 2 unless someone has figured it out and not sharing as of yet.
