You won't even come close to #10 by boosting only with a secondary account. Major boosting will be needed, hence domination boosting, killboosting, etc. Plus if you want to boost with only a secondary account you're going to need a turbo controller or else it's going to take much, much longer.

We'll my friend managed to get 732# on MW2 with hackers just with 1 ps3 and he HARDLY boosted.
