What can it do?
- Replaces the hex so the RSA is patched
How do I use it?
- Open a unselfed Eboot (Don't know how to? Check You must login or register to view this content.)
- Once opened it will automatically patch the RSA and save

This : 2C 8E 00 00 40 86 FE F0 82 C1 00 80 2F 16 00 01 40 9A FE E4
With this : 60 00 00 00 60 00 00 00 60 00 00 00 60 00 00 00 60 00 00 00
I may make it compatible with selfed Eboots.
If I have an error?
- You need Net framework 4 installed

I made this a while back.
I decided to release because people are starting to mod BO online/more ect.
