With these Salvage points, you actually get to choose what weapons you want, and what items you want for that specific weapon. Supply Drops are used to get extra items for those specific guns that you actually chose to grind for. It's not about luck anymore praying to get a special weapon. You can use extra Salvage Points to open supply drops for goodies.

In addition, the beta is now able to be pre-downloaded for those who have retrieved their Infinite Warfare Codes to redeem in the Playstation Store. When you redeem your pre-order code, you will receive 6 codes. One for yourself, and five other beta codes for friends. Once the beta is downloaded complete, you can actually start up the beta, and stay on the main menu.
