check and see if different gamesdo the same. if its just mw2 try cleaning it or buying a different copy. if the problem is on multiple games then most likely ur blu-ray drive is going out...

lol yea my bad, i cleaned the disc. Works like new! (hella high didnt notice how dirty it was) @_@

Problems can be:

1.Youre ps3 is fucked up
2.The Patch is too big

i got the same problem on my OFW ps3 thats why iam play allot on my CFW ps3
