10 Would be the best.

i wish it was like 100 levels and 5 prestiges and it was really hard to get to level 100

well by the looks of it their is 75 levels so it would be interested lets say
75 levels = 3.25 million exp
10 prestiges =32.5 million exp to be done
15 prestiges =48.75 million exp
personally id prefer 15 at 3.25mill per prestige because the game would more interesting longer i find the leveling is the fun part of the game

Infinity ward has done 10 prestiges but i doubt that will change. :y:

Hopefully 10, 15's too much. Unless you're a straight up pro and play with full parties of friends I'd imagine that people would lose interest.
