I have over ONE HUNDRED DAYS of double XP on one of my accounts and have still not been banned. I did the glitch about a week ago (or whenever the first day was that it surfaced)

this is not patched, i did it yesterday on 4 accounts, also doing a cl probably wouldnt update your account on mw3 with the token, i gave a friend 10th on cod4 and he is still not got it.
