Rather from personal use or from some kind of experience.

Games list: BO2, BO1, MW2/3, GTA5.

I don't play Black Ops but from people's reviews and such LTS would be the best tool to use on GTA V along with these SPRX: LTS, Serpendipity and Tesseract.

Looks like you didn't get much help. I would suggest looking at my latest non host rtm for B02.
I've added everything I enjoy to use in it. My tool works great with Bisoons older tool.. His includes a class editor etc.
