That isn't helpful. People have what they have. (linux has a lack of tools as well, are you going to call that an inferior OS?) I generally reboot into windows 7 on another HD, but I understand how this may not be an option for some people. I would recommend wine bottler for some of the less complex applications. You will have to mess around to get things going with most RTM tools, but CCAPI as well as ProDG are fairly easy to set up via WB. Let me know if you have questions. You will have to work to get this going one way or another. You won't find tools working right out of the box unfortunately.
