Backout upload a 10min video to youtube right when the kb starts up on the upload click domination and it will give you your own lobby(if it doesnt the first time restart your ps3 and do it again and it will work)then invite all your freinds and they will all get in. Nobody else will be able to except the people you invite. If it stays stuck on "waiting to balance teams" then back out and have them reinvite you superfast and it will migrate hosts and let you play boost, killstreak, anything.
Tips make sure the video is a big file size and 10 minuts long thats how you get alot of time to keep it lagged and once the game starts cancel the upload.

Im sorry, but for all the people that think this is truley locking the lobby this is very incorrect.

This may temporaily lock the lobby, but if you want to truley see how to lock the lobby just look at nightsesh thread.
