so, I completely forgot I was working on this like a month ago. I might as well release it.

For now, what you will have to do is open Visual Studio 201x and go Project->Properties->Configuration Properies->VC++ Directories and in "Include Directories" add the include folder from the download. Now navigate to Linker and in "Additional Dependencies" add SNCLib.a file path to the list.

Now you can include the include files that are in the download and use the functions/classes in them.
If you get any problems, first try going to Project->C/C++->Advanced and set "Compile As" to "C++ Code"
