1. Have access to the prestige overlook

2. Be able to prestige air division (hold down on the dpad when you do the stack) or infantry Note: This method doesn’t work with Mountain or Expeditionary.

3. Go to prestige division

4. Hold Square / X and as the circle is about to complete, press Triangle, X / Y, A quickly to get the prestige UI stack

5. With the prestige bar at the bottom of your screen and you aren't in a menu, head over to the general to prestige, do not skip the prestige animation and it'll work

Do not go higher than 10th prestige, this will lead to no badge and you will be unable to play anymore!

Did on a new account and was banned today. Complete account and ps4 ban. Can't even play on my main...

I just done it. It works and I used the airborne division

how are people even saying they did it on a new account if you need access to the prestige overlook isn't that unlocked till you prestige (reach lvl 55) then if u do that you still have to level up the airborne or infantry division to lvl 4 in order to prestige that

Can be done on expeditionary... leveling it up now and will test there’s a video as well so it’s do-able

Does the ranks update on the leader boards and combat record, or is this similar to that BO3 glitch where leader boards would get frozen and ranks would not stick?

No they don't update on leaderboards but combat record they do
