He is a guy around 16-17 years old and lives in Belgium or Luxembourg he speaks Dutch. He offers skins upgrades or selling/buying skins from you. He is using the inventory of other guys. Eventually he isn't owning the inventorys. His twitter account: You must login or register to view this content..
