At First the system powered up with no problems could use anything but needed updated when trying to install got the error

Then i tried to update in safemode using internet same problem, The system powered off and when i turn it back on its asking to update it but i get the same problem ever time.

I then go back to safemode and then try updating it with the USB still i get the same problem, I have two PS4's I then switched HDD tired it all over again same problem.

Same problem over and over again dose anyone know how i could fix this?

You need the new install not the update. The update is around 200mb and the full install is around 850mb, n that's the one you want.

Where do i get that?.

Sony's website. When your at the page of the update scroll further down till you see fresh install. It'll look similar to what's above other then the headline.
