Post: Cant open Programs that were in .rars

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Whenever I download a program and it comes in a .rar, it says windows cannot access the file, path, or device or I dont have good privileges. I "think" its only with .rars. How can I fix this?

Download You must login or register to view this content.. If you already have it, run it as administrator.

Try right clicking on the file, then go to properties, select general at top and on the bottom right you should see the button "unblock". Try clicking that, but if it is not there I apologize, I don't use vista :p

Try Extracting The Contents Into A Folder Or In Desktop That Usually Works....
