Except you have to be under an admin account to do this, and you're an idiot if you let someone on your computer unsupervised while logged in under an admin account. :p I always lock my computer when I'm not right next to it, even if I'm just going to the bathroom and will be back in 25 seconds (no, I didn't time myself, just an estimate).

No you dont you can change it through MS-DOS when the computer starts....

You could use a video camera, or you could do it within a virtual machine.

You CAN NOT do this without admin, you may well be able to boot up in DOS but come on whats the point. Most systems have booting disabled from other media devices such as USB and DVD. When you can boot up from CD or USB you might aswell just reinstall Windows :/.
