I tried to download and i got a survay poped up, so its most likely fake or a virus from a guy trying to get some money by tricking people, it got 1-5 dislikes so theres a nother pointer that its fake/Virus, also its been stolen from a nother video, most likely a virus/fake guy trying to make money, so if i were you i would pick the safe option and not be a idiot taking a 70% in it being a virus and download it.

If you posted an anonymous formspring question and didn't have an account -.- How would it be able to know who you are if it un anonymoused you, You would jus tget an ip which people wouldn't know what to do with anyways :L
