This is like asking for a PayPal money adder... There aren't any programs where you type in a Facebook account email, then instantly get the password. Ways of getting the password however are infecting the owner's computer with a keylogger or stealer, or by cracking it using programs such as brute forcers.

I think there are no real password hackers.
The only way to hack someone now is a phisher
All pasword hackers are fake at the moment.
