Do a Factory Restore. It will return it back to day it was bought from the shop, you'll lose all documents etc on the laptop though.

You can factory reset like stated above, but it won't necessarily make it preform like it was when you purchased it.

If you have a disk containing your OS and your product key is still on your laptop/pc you can wipe your drive then re-install your OS that will make it run like brand new. Check out my thread You must login or register to view this content. make sure you read all the links.
