Well seeing how Windows 7 isn't released yet, you can't.

The beta is but it's a bit unstable shall I say? and a lot of stuff still doesn't work with it.

Yes, but the beta is just that, a beta. Microsoft isn't going to upgrade people to a beta OS. They have to at least remove some of the bugs before releasing the final version.
