Rank is server-sided on Destiny so you can't mod it. And even if you found the offset, it's a visual change anyway.

no point of releasing offsets for that because it wont stick and will get you banned pretty fast man you should try make a anti ban like you do for ghosts then release a few more mods i.e godmode 1shot 1 kill ect

It's not possible to mod rank on Destiny. Even if you were able to, ban would be almost inevitable.
