I got banned too.
May the reason is mine (and many other players) gamefiles stays on external HDD.

Edit: reason is intrusion ghost shell. Every banned Player on Bungie.net forum has it.

All is fine for me but i had a message from bungie who says to sign in a new proclaimers...I did it and i can play...

For info, my game files is in internal hdd...(bles version)

#liuigi, I had the same today when I logged in, asking me to accept an agreement- I was very dubious/paranoid tbh but as you do I hit that ok button and still playing!

I've been banned before on destiny but i love the game and the idiot i am i went back to OFW, bought the hard copy of the game and played for countless hours again finally level 30 with gear to get me to 31 and i log on today and get greeted with "This account has been banned"
