Ok so about 3 days ago i believe, i got device banned from destiny and at the time i was using my backed up version of Destiny, and today i checked to see if i was still banned, and sure enough i was. so after a couple of hours doing random stuff, i deiced to put my disc version of destiny in because im desperate asf, and now its letting me play, it was like i wasn't even device banned in the first place.

They ban your device and then after a week or so it gets unbanned
