So mods created on pc will be able to be exported to Xbox for sure confirmed and possibly PlayStation which Bethesda is working on getting to work.

but the mods are licensed to the creators.. even the servers are controlled by Bethesda. The only thing sony has control over is the game being not acceptable to updates in the future.. sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Pretty pointless to me. This seems like it would cause more problems then it's worth. Console would only get a select few mods, which I guess is cool, but knowing bethesda, They'll most likely limit the amount of mods you can have on at a time, or you can only use select models, ect, ect.
I don't know, PC seems to be the place to be if you truely want mods for games.
