First thing you want to do is go into the terminal by the robot and unlock the door. Next go into room C4 and grab container "unknown sample 3111". After you got it head upstairs to the ventilation system drop down and get container "unidentified sample 611" and the "radioactive containment password". Then head down to room C4 and use the terminal to unlock the door. Then go in that door and grab "u-238". Finally go into room C2 and place all the items you collected in the terminal and run the process to get your piezonucleic power armor chest piece.
