Hello NGU! I have noticed that some members are confused, or unaware of the rules we have set in place for the Auctions section of the website, so this thread should clarify everything. Selling/Trading Rules:
When selling there are certain rules that must be followed. Please read carefully, as not following these rules can result in disciplinary action.

Selling any items with a value $10 and above require posted proof of ownership. The most common, and recommended proof is an image including a) The item and b) Your NGU Username with the date of thread creation (on a piece of paper, written by hand, and must be legible). Proof of Ownership must be provided when the thread is created, otherwise your thread may be closed/deleted without warning.

Any Standard Members selling items will be warned, with their thread closed/deleted. Repeat offenders may face infractions. If you are selling items (in a shop for example) and your Elite Membership expires, you will no longer be able to sell/ offer services until your membership is renewed.

Breaking a deal while one of the two (or more) parts have spent time or money is not allowed.
If you spend time on a platinum and then suddenly the original buyer cancel the deal, will be an act against the rules from the buyer's side.
These situations vary all the time, so in a dispute it would be up to the moderator in charge to judge if this rule has been broken.
Before the user(s) starts to work on the trophies/services, both members of the trade needs to approve the deal.

Vouches:
Offering Items or Paid Services for free in order to obtain a reputation/gain trust is still allowed (in the way of a posted vouch on your thread), however offering "Free for first 3 posts" is no longer allowed.
