You must set the class with the Extra Attachment perk already equipped if you set the class then equip the perk it will not work

It worked for me, and nope only Loadout 1

Connect and attach using TMAPI or CCAPI then press Set class go into an online game so it sticks and you should have a riotshield with all 3 attachments

I tried it a lot of times, but I could not attach 3 attachments :(
yes my account have all unlock and Loadout 1 have Extra Attachment perk From the beginning.
maybe, My way is wrong. could you make easy TuT video? really sorry my noob and this english.
If I could do this reall happy.
