You can get a Colored Clantag in Ghosts using the CoD Ghosts App on iPhone or Android (Have done it with my S3 @ CM10.2) It looks like it only works on Android not iPhone

Anyone tried this with a pc?

Not possible you need a Android Device for it.
Or maybe it is but i Elite dosen`t support Ghosts and i don't know any other Website for Ghosts
