1. You Will Need To Set Specialist On Your Class And Then Pick The Three Perks You Want.

2. You Will Need to locate where The Specialist Bonus Perks:

Class 1 Killstreaks:
0x01759D96
Class 2 Killstreaks:
0x01759E0B
Class 3 Killstreaks:
0x01759E80
Class 4 Killstreaks:
0x01759F1C
Class 5 Killstreaks:
0x01759F91
Class 6 Killstreaks:
0x0175A006

3. Have Auto-Update On In Debugger And Locate The Specialist Bonus Perks And Change Them To 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF And Should Look Like This.
