This is a clean debug EBOOT.BIN, made by myself It's debug so it works for all regions I tried it (got console banned cause I used a terrible Anti-Ban tool) but yeah!

because you have to be on dex and your ps3 has to be wired from your computer to your ps3 through ethernet cable so your ps3 is getting wifi connection from the computer and not wifi

To everyone who say its not working it is what your problem is the files that support the tool u using for tmapi dont work ive tested all the tools with these files and they work fine all my tools connect now without problems through tmapi
