Yet, three days ago me and my lobby mates seen just one guy with all the perks. So I was wondering if there was a publicly known way to still use them all.

I'm sure they are still working mate,they aren't for me but Il saw a dude with em all in the final killcam

You can still add all perks to characters, that's why you still see ppl running around with them on, but they don't work.

Well that makes no sense... for sure hus slight of hand worked and deadeye...
