It depends on the game. Games work different on a ps3.

Most server sided games on console especially when modding them you usually mod local stuff. nothing like stats or anything like that just things to help you progress.
Take battlefield for example. We may not be able to set out rank, but we can use one hit kill, UAV and so on to help us get to the rank we desire and it's like it on mobile too. You can use automation or something along those lines.
