First, check your main email to see if you got the redeemable code for those free 3$. If you do, use the code, and make the money go into your account. Then, go to your other emails, and you might have another account that has that free 3$ code. Keep using those codes, and it'll link to your main account to stack up on free money!

This offer for the free 3$ are for US Members only, and it expires on December 31st. Meaning, once you use the codes, you need to buy something off of the play store with the money before December 31st, or the free money will go away. This isnt a glitch, or what not. It's just Google giving their email users free money for the holidays.
