Yes, but not exactly just 'this' one, (Any with DLC, should work IMO)

Unfortunately the save doesnt work for me, unlock karts, but no SSX, can you upload your save please? thanks in advance

Ok, your Dummy Account didn't buy a DLC, but what did you buy with your normal Account?
If you bought it there, your Dummy Account gets access to the DLC, too!

The thing is that.
In my main account, i bought the speed pack, that gives SSRX....
probably that is the main cause... it really works for me :S
In my opinion I think that using a savegame, wich had dlc content will allow you to use that content -
*as long as you have it installed on your System...
What this is doing, is duplicating dlc's, :S
So you don't have to link / purchase again such dlc to another account.

Tried on a PS3 that had no DLC history.
well, at least gives the kartings & their tracks. not bad
would be good to test with a full dlc savegame, to see what else is added
Like I said, it only works with PS3's that have already dlc's
------Main purpose of this now....
Duplicating dlc.
