(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Is it possible to add mod menu's in gta complete edition, only found EFLC and IV mod menu's?

i have BLES 01128 and if i want to add an update.img with filezilla i can't find BLES 01128 ?

That's TBoGT only. The Complete Edition cannot be modded.
