No other cheats have been found right now. They're most likely new combos instead of ones from San Andreas.
No, you cannot make your own radio stations. You probably can when it comes out for PC but it's not there on consoles.

Ive got the game, but isnt it too early for cheats?The story line is FAR MORE BETTER than IV's, you'll enjoy it more without the cheats, Ive also never heard of the radio station creator though.
