Pure Black windows, 10k (online), part of the update
New player actions (Air Guitar, Wave, Surrender, Shush, Photography, DJ and Air Synth), not usable (yet)
Player names now show up on the minimap (online)

I like it that we have the option to rearrange the cars in the garage much easier now. In other thought, can you update the images of the vehicles, to daylight. It's hard to see at night time.

and I thought heists was meant to be coming this spring I guess they are using this update to buy them more time

Oh it's definitely to buy them more time. Cock* is trying to make heists this big thing since everyone in the community has been hyping it up and rightfully bitching about how it hasn't been delivered yet. My guess is the original heists were shit and after seeing the community's hype, Cock* had to start from scratch.
