- Extract the two .exe's
- Open the one for your type of game. (SocialClub or Steam)
- [OPTIONAL]Stand in a Garage/House and the tool do it for you.
- You don't have to stand in a Garage/House, but the tool works better if you do.

You're getting the RP through a completely legitimate way. If you won't admit to say no ban risk, then it's a .0000001% chance.

It's gained from a method in the game. Rockstar would simply see you completing that thing. Besides, as long as you don't overdo it, it won't matter. They also don't ban, they reset level and put you in a cheater lobby. If that happened, which I doubt it would, just run the other script I released and you will be fine.
