1. Install the 1.27 update when it asks you.
2. Install the eboot and sprx from whatever mod menu you enjoy using.
3. Run gta, go online, do whatever. You're good to go.
This update is 100% useless when it comes to modding.
I've been using the 1.26 EBOOT and Paradise SPRX in public lobbies doing cash drops and teleporting players like normal for a few hours.
No ban yet and I don't reckon I'll get one in the near future.
If you do happen to get banned, just change your CID cuz any CID works now.
