i keep searching and looking all over the internet to find how to do it:

im on Rebug DEX 4.75 and i simply want to mod GTA V online.
thats all i want but i cant find an normal easy to use tutorial.

if this question is ever been asked before please let me know and i delete this and go to that one.

There are many menus available for DEX both free and paid ones.

If you're looking for a free one, I'd suggest trying GNXKS.
If you'd like a paid one, I'd suggest Serendipity or Lexicon.

which mods were you looking too use ? Scripts or SPRX ? If you dont know the difference I will briefly explain

Scripts are files that are modified and or added too the game files and can be found on this site. Just browse through the GTA Mods section and look for SCT or RPF prefixes and you can download and use those.

SPRX menus are add-ons and not added too the game files. You can find download or buy them on NGU as well just look for SPRX prefixed threads.
