Once a account is banned, it is banned on all platforms.

Not true, I am banned right now for 30 days on PC which was transferred from 360. I am currently playing on 360 with that same character waiting for ban to end. Both are connected to same social club acct. Each platform is separate ban, unless you get banned from social club.. that's a whole different type of ban.
