I NEED A SPRX that works offline and can load saves. Anyone know of any?

Have you tried "The Galerium" ? I use that menu but not sure how it is with offline. I know it loads saves but not sure about offline.

Almost all menus do not load the savegame, if they do it either they are not complete or they do it being connected to the PSN like The Galerium

What kind of stuff do you want in it
I can load saves off my menu and use it both on and offline

When. I have some time I can remove all the online stuff and send you a offline menu - with all the bits and bobs

For offline use your best off just using script menus ,

It's not the sprx, it's the eboot that don't let you.

Yea i was just trying to play story and use the modded cars the sprx has. I use mod loaders just wanted to start a new save or load one but every time it says error in content enumeration..
