(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So is there anyway to actually transfer a modded PS3 account to PS4 now ? or is it completely impossible ? I'm very curious because I see a couple services who sell modded PS4 accounts and I wonder how that actually do it.*

A lot of people nowadays. I've seen accounts with trillions being bought for 2000 aswell.

Just use glitches I've exploited 100+ mill on the old DM glitches and got modded outfits on a normal account with a K.D of 3.43 level 106 just subscribe to dead Gaming Live on YouTube he uploads the best glitches
