1) Pull up your phone go to quick job then play heist and wait for it to load you into the heist

2) You should be put in a heist (Doesn't matter what heist) and wait for the host to launch the job

3) As soon as you load into the outfit screen for the heist your going to want to back out straight away

4) You should spawn into a session with the duffel bag this may take 2-3 tries to work but keep trying*
