I bought a new pc last months and start from 0 in GTA ONLINE

Im tired of doing races with people that kicks me out from races and in mission, all people rush and die easy...

Im asking to a modder to give me a few money to buy some properties, 2 or 3 cars and thats all, i will do more missions to have more money, but im stuck in the same thing, i cant do heist because i dont have properties, i cant win races because i dont have custom cars, i dont have custom cars, because i dont have any apartment... and things like that xD
I hope if there's a modder can help me, i will appreciate so much..
