hi guys i have no idea how to fix my problem. i have an att gateway (pace 5268ac) and an r7000 in router mode. i set it up around january and it has been working seamlessly until two weeks ago. one night the connection just dropped and i had no idea what the problem was. all my devices showed i had a connection to the router, however none of the devices were getting any data to them from the router.

i have updated the netgear firmware, rolled back the firmware, factory reset the r7000, got a new att gateway, got new ethernet cables, tried a different model of netgear, tried a different brand of router, and still nothing works. can anyone help explain what the problem could be?You must login or register to view this content.
